Queen Anne’s T.O.B. Competition
Final Itinerary and Information

- TRUCK AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP: 7:30a.m.
- REHEARSAL AT P.H.S.: 8:00 a.m.-8:45 a.m.
    -Please eat breakfast before arrival.
    -Bring all materials for the trip to rehearsal.
- PERCUSSION PACKS EQUIPMENT IN CASES: 8:30-9:00 a.m.
    -Brass/Woodwinds Polish/Clean instruments at 8:45
- PERCUSSION AND VOLUNTEERS LOAD EQUIPMENT                 TRUCK: 8:45- 9:10 a.m.
- LOAD BUSSES: 9:10 a.m.
- DEPART P.H.S. 9:15 a.m.
- ARRIVE AT QUEEN ANNE’S HIGH SCHOOL 11:00 a.m.
    -Travel everywhere in “2’s”
- CHANGE INTO UNIFORMS AND UNLOAD TRUCK 11:00 a.m.
    -There are no changing rooms available at Queen Anne’s High School
    -Wear shorts underneath so you may change on the bus.
- WARM-UP/TUNE 11:20 a.m.
- BEGIN MOVE TO GATE 12:25 p.m.
- PERFORMANCE 1:00 p.m.
- LOAD TRUCK AND CHANGE OUT OF UNIFORMS 1:25 p.m.
    -Drum Majors and Guard/Perc. Captain change but please be ready to         change back into your uniform before trophies.
- POSSIBLE LUNCH PROVIDED BY BOOSTERS 1:30 p.m.
    - If we do not have lunch provided we will eat at concessions. I will give     you the final decision on Wednesday evening.
- FREE TIME TO WATCH OTHER BANDS PERFORM 2:15-4:30 p.m.
-Watch other bands.
-You are representing Parkside High School at all times. BE GOOD!
- Bring money for souvenirs/grams/food (if necessary)
- FULL BAND IN STANDS SITTING TOGETHER 4:30 p.m.
- TROPHY PRESENTATION 5:00 p.m.
- DEPART QUEEN ANNE’S HIGH SCHOOL 5:30 p.m.
- EQUIPMENT TRUCK UNLOADING AT PARKSIDE AND -DISMISSAL: Approximately 7:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
-THERE WILL BE AN ABBREVIATED SATURDAY MORNING REHEARSAL!!! Rehearsal starts at 8:00 a.m. (sorry)
We must get a run of the show in before our performance. DO NOT BE LATE!!!!! I repeat DO NOT BE LATE!!!!!
    -I will have tickets available to the competition which will be distributed by class as evenly as possible on Wednesday night.
If you do not receive a ticket from me you may still attend the show and pay the $5.00 admission at the gate (Children 12 and
under free).
    -The Boosters will provide lunch for the band at 1:30. Please plan
       accordingly.
    -This performance is at Lion Stadium at Queen Anne’s County High            School.
    -We do have a limited number of seats available on the busses for
          parents.    If you would like to ride the bus please let me
          know ASAP and I will try to accommodate you.
    -Parents or friends who are picking up band members upon their arrival         may call the band office answering machine to
        confirm our dismissal time before leaving home. If the message on the             machine makes no mention of the performance in
        question, the dismissal time on the itinerary is still accurate.

equipment truck.)


Driving Directions:

From Salisbury

-50 West

-Turn Right on Rt. 213 (Chesapeake College on Left) 

-Take a Right onto Rt. 301 North, then your 1st Left onto Rolling Bridge Rd. 

-At stop sign, turn Left onto Rt. 304 

-Pass Centreville Middle School, The High School is on your Right.
