Final Itinerary and Information

- TRUCK AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP: SATURDAY 7:00a.m.
SUNDAY
- PERCUSSION AND VOLUNTEERS LOAD EQUIPMENT TRUCK: 12:30 p.m.
- ARRIVE AT P.H.S. IN FULL UNIFORM 12:30 p.m.
-Make sure your instrument is loaded on the truck if necessary.
- LOAD BUSSES 12:50 p.m.
- DEPART P.H.S 1:00 p.m.
- ARRIVE AT CIVIC AVE AND UNLOAD TRUCK: 1:10 p.m.
- BEGIN ENSEMBLE WARM-UP (DOWNBEAT): 1:30 p.m.
- PARADE STEP OFF: 2:00 p.m.
- MEET BUSSES/TRUCK AT WICOMICO MIDDLE: ~3:00 p.m.
-All students will be required to ride the busses back to PHS unless I have written permission by
Thursday at 12:00 p.m.
- DEPART WICOMICO MIDDLE ~3:20 p.m.
- EQUIPMENT TRUCK UNLOADING AT PARKSIDE AND DISMISSAL: ~3:30 p.m.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:
- When Parkside is finished performing, we will meet at Wicomico High School to load the busses. We will
immediately travel back to Parkside to unload. I (KZ) will leave Parkside no later than 4:00p.m. Please be sure
your child has a ride before then.
(Also remember that YOU are responsible for the loading and unloading of your instrument if it is being transported on the
equipment truck.)
